Who is the Ghost MV1 intended for?

The Ghost MV1 is a wonderful choice for first-time vapers who value exceptional vapour and on-demand heating but don’t mind a slight learning curve. Ghost has provided fantastic service, as one would expect from a premium vaporizer at a premium pricing point.

Vapour that is cool and sweet

The MV1’s full-convection heating creates exceptionally tasty vapour, and the heat sink keeps it cooler than any other portable we’ve seen. The vapour is never unpleasant or heated.

Heat on demand

The MV1 takes about 10 seconds to heat up from a cold start, and subsequent draws only take about 3 seconds. That translates to genuine, on-demand heat that doesn’t fry your herbs in between draws.

crucibles that can be swapped

The crucible system on the MV1 takes some getting used to, but the possibility to having accessories pre-loaded more than makes up for it. The crucible dispenser allows you to take a large number of them without them breaking open in your pocket.

Materials of medical grade

In the MV1, Ghost only uses medical grade materials, such as a ceramic crucible with a stainless steel lid, a glass mouthpiece and a stainless steel heat sink with a ceramic inside sleeve.

Extracts and dry herbs

The MV1 has an extra crucible and lid, as well as a concentrate pad, so you may vaporise anything, dry or sticky.

Pocketable but not portableThe Ghost MV1 is one of our largest and heaviest portable vaporizers. It’s convenient to throw in a bag, but it’s not exactly discreet. It’s around two-thirds the size and weight of a can of Coke.

Interface that is as simple as possible

With only two buttons and three lights, you’ll need to learn to communicate with the MV1. There is a learning curve, but the smartphone app can help with that as well as getting acclimated to the controls.

Battery is removable and proprietary.

The MV1 includes a single proprietary battery pack that can be charged via micro-USB or removed and charged in an external charger. The battery life is adequate, however it varies depending on the application. Depending on how many draws you take and the temperatures you utilise, you should expect between five and nine crucibles. Our lightly used vaporizers have been battery tested and found to have “like new” battery life.
