Shipping Policy

Delivery Days

We use the following shipping methods to deliver from (Monday-Saturday). If you place an order on Saturday evening, the post office will not process it until the following business day.

Processing Time

If you place your order before 3 p.m. EST, it will be delivered to the post office the same day. Any orders placed after 3 p.m. CST will be delivered to the post office the following morning.

Shipping Time

Depending on the shipping method you choose, orders can take anywhere from 2 to 5 business days to arrive.

Shipping Fee

All orders are subject to Standard Shipping charges. For an additional fee, Next Day Delivery Service is available. All orders within Europe should arrive within 2 to 3 days at the most. Orders to Asia, USA, Canada and the United Arab Emirates are typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days. All packages are delivered in secure, unbranded packaging.

When the package is picked up, no signature is required.

If you entered your address incorrectly and your order has not yet been shipped, please contact our online support and we will assist you further.

Package Says Delivered, But It’s Not Here

Tracking occasionally reports that orders have been delivered before they are actually delivered. Please wait another business day to ensure that your package is not simply running late. If your package is still missing, please contact us to inquire about your package.
