Refund Policy
If you wish to initiate a return, please contact customer service at support@weedcoffeeshop.eu. Please include as much information as possible, such as the ORDER #, Full Name, Address, Phone Number, and REASON for the return. If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the package to us. Once the return has been received and processed, any refund, store credit, or replacement will be issued.
We understand that sh*t happens, but at Weed Coffee Shop, we’re here to make things right. If you received a damaged, incorrect, or missing item, please contact us at support@weedcoffeeshop.eu for assistance. Please read the terms and conditions below before sending your email! Please keep in mind that we will not accept returns or refunds after 30 days of your purchase.

If any of the conditions listed above apply to your order, we have several options for making things right.
- Refund your entire order/item(s)
- Add the equivalent amount of your order/item(s) in rewards points to your account
- Send you a replacement with USPS First Class shipping at no extra cost

Exceptions
Items on clearance are not included. For clearance items, we will not accept replacements, returns, or refunds. Clearance items are sold as-is.
We will not compensate you for any orders in which you have entered your address or payment information incorrectly. It is up to you to double-check your information. We can make changes for you if you email us before your order is shipped.
