What is Bitcoin?
Bitcoin is a decentralized digital currency that can be transferred via the internet. Unlike traditional forms of payment, Bitcoin does not require the involvement of a third party such as a bank, credit card processor, or government.
It is anonymous, highly secure, and does not require permission from anyone to use.

How do I know that you receive funds?
As soon as we receive the payment, we will send you an email confirming that it has been received.
NOTE: After you make your payment, you take a screenshot of your transfer receipt or snap a picture of it and email it to the company’s email address.
When do I receive tracking for my order?
We process and fulfill orders Monday through Sunday between noon and 5 p.m., so you should receive tracking information within this time frame. If your order was received after 5 p.m., it will be processed the following business day.
How do I know that my package has arrived?
Every order includes a unique piece of email information. One for shipping, which includes tracking information, and another to notify you that the package has been delivered.
When the driver or courier arrives to deliver the package, they may also ring the bell door.
Do you ship on weekends?
On Sundays, we do not ship. Orders received after the 5:00 p.m. cutoff on Saturday will be shipped on Monday.
What is your refund/exchange policy?
If any item inside your order is damaged, defective, or not as described, you may request a refund or exchange.

What if I have an issue with the product I ordered?

Orders & Shipping
How will my order be packaged?
Your items will be packed in a discreet, odor-proof mylar bag that is heat and vacuum sealed before being shipped in an unmarked box.
Our packaging method ensures maximum freshness, odor protection, and privacy from unwanted attention.
When will my order ship out?
Except for holidays, orders are shipped Monday through Saturday.
Except on weekends, all orders with completed payments received by 3 PM will be shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 3 p.m. will be shipped the next business day.
How can I track my package?
You can track your order on the courier’s website and enter your tracking number on the tracking page.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if your order has not yet been shipped, you may cancel it. You can cancel your order in your user account or send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and cancellation request.
If your order has already been shipped, you will not be able to cancel it.
Do you ship with a signature requirement option?
No, but you can fill out the extra information box on the checkout page if you want a signature when your package is delivered.
